A great morning making new friends and feeling very special with all the attention! They performed for us; we performed for them. A good time was had by all:

A great day! Tomorrow… more school visits!

Many, many adventures. Our students were very popular with the Japanese school groups who were visiting many of the same sights that we were visiting. We saw:
Kinkakuji Temple, Ryoanji Temple, Kyoto Craft Center, Heian Shrine, Nijo Castle. We also walked through some amazing gardens and saw some very hungry fish!
A great first day!
More on Saturday!

We are on the plane and on our way to Osaka. More to follow here with a daily update!
